have you purchased a inflatable hot tub used it a handful of times put it in the shed and come back to find it now leaks and deflates over a few minutes or several hours then don't worry here at 365 hot tubs  we can repair small and large punctures on  inflatable hot tubs. we see many hot tubs that have been purchased second hand and the new owner gets it home and its deflating and now panicking that they have lost a lot of money well don't worry 365 hot tubs are here to help.

We can also repair pumps and replace seals and fix the dreaded E02 error and issues with water leaking out the bottom of the lay z spa pump.

We can cover many other issues relating to the lay z spa pumps like E01, E02,E03, E04,E05, E08, E12 and also problems with the RCD not working or when using the heating button on your pump either blowing a fuse or tripping your RCD. We also fix issues relating to the Plug becoming really hot while it is heating/filtering the water.

If you have the problem where your plug is getting very hot or is cracking or scorching your plug socket and you are capable of replacing a plug we also sell the replacement moulded plugs to repair the plug on your lay z spa we are the only company in the UK to offer  a suitable replacement part for this problem which can be found here

we repair many other brands of hot tub pump including Cleverspa, Mspa Aquaspa, Wave, Cosy Spa, Colemans and many other brands of inflatable hot tub.

we have also repaired several Canadian spa/hot tubs with foam sides which are now being sold by other companies like Wave. these types of hot tub liner often split so you will have water leaking everywhere we can repair this.

We now offer a lay z spa service which involves all seals, impeller replacement and limescale removal which will prolong the life of your pump and will also allow it to function much better and a lot quieter

Repairs undertaken at our base in Ripley Derbyshire we don't do call outs I'm afraid as these repairs can sometimes take a few days to complete depending on fault and parts required.

We are able to do collection/drop off for repairs but the charge for this will be based on your postcode

Puncture repairs start from £50 any repairs after the first 1 will be charged at £10 each

All other repairs will be priced according to cost of replacement part and labour fee which we will inform you about before we start any repair.

If you would like us to diagnose the fault with your pump we can do this at a charge of £20 and this charge will be taken off from any repairs undertaken.
