When the Hot Tub is not in use, you the hirer must make sure the cover remains on the Hot Tub to retain the heat.

Make sure you always leave the Hot Tub plugged in and switched on when not in use too, in order for the filtration/heating systems to work.

If there is a power failure or it is accidentally switched off, the Hot Tub will need to be switched back on and reset as shown in the setup demonstration by a 365 Hot Tub Hire employee on full setup.

Chemicals

An employee of the 365 Hot Tub Hire will test and treat the water on setup and will leave a chemical floater with the required dosage of chemicals needed inside the Hot Tub and additional chemicals in the box provided in case extras are needed which will only normally be the case if hiring for longer than 5 nights.

All filters in our inflatable hot tubs are new when we deliver and the filters if maintained/cleaned as per instructions and chemical floater is used correctly these filters should last between 4-6 weeks. A new spare filter can be purchased when booking if you would prefer for £10 each but if this is not purchased and the hot tub isn't maintained correctly and a blockage occurs while on hire and the E02 error will not go away we can come out and replace the filter with a new filter but this will be classed as user fault and a set fee of £25 will be payable to cover the travel costs and cost of replacement filter.

This floater should be removed from the Hot Tub when the Hot Tub is in use.

The floater should always be put back in and left in the Hot Tub when the Hot Tub is not in use.

Damages to your property.

365 Hot Tub Hire will not be held responsible for any damages to your property through hiring any of our Hot Tubs.

This includes any water damage or weight damage to structures, fittings and fixtures, garden or grassed areas as a result of the Hot Tub location.

It is the hirer’s full responsibility to make sure the area where the Hot Tub is going to be placed is safe and suitable and will not cause any danger to anyone using the hot tub or any damage to their own property.

If the hirer is looking to hire at a different location to where they live eg, a friends house, a holiday home, etc. It is the hirers responsibility to check and make sure that there is a safe location for the hot tub to be placed without any danger to anybody using the hot tub, any danger to the area where the hot tub is being placed and any danger to anybody that can or will need to walk past the hot tub. They will also need to make sure that there is a suitable plug socket (within 6 metres) of where the hot tub will be placed and a suitable tap to have a hose pipe connected to within reach of the hot tub if we arrive on delivery day and are not able supply the hot tub due to not having a suitable tap, hosepipe or plug socket then this will be classed as a cancellation and a £50 will be deducted from the hire amount

The property owner needs to be informed of the location of where the hot tub is being placed so we can be shown when we deliver.

Limits of our Liability.

All times and dates which we 365 Hot Tub Hire quote for delivery or collection of the Hot Tubs are approximate. Our delivery and collection times are normally between 9am-5pm. Please be aware that someone does have to be present while we setup the hot tub and someone will need to be available to watch the hot tub as it fills to switch off the hose and also turn the heater on to start the heating process. This is not something we do for the quoted price and if this is required we would need prior warning and also an extra fee would need to be charged to cover 2 employees time for 3-4 hours of filling time (£30-£50) depending on which size hot tub is hired.

All hot tubs need to be plugged directly into a socket and not in any type of extension lead or spurred off connection and the lead from the heater cannot be trapped we advise an outside socket or an inside socket which has access by a window which can be left slightly ajar.

We will not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

365 Hot Tub Hire will try and inform you the hirer as soon as safely possible of any circumstances which may arise and cause the delivery or collection of the Hot Tubs to be late.

In Winter months some of the hot tub pumps are not able to function under 4 Degrees, this is not normally a problem as we are normally able to get the pumps started. But please be aware this can be an issue and 365 hot tub hire will do what we can to make it possible to allow the hire to go ahead we make ask that additional steps are taken in winter by the hirer to allow the hirer to still be able to hire the hot tub by requesting the hot tub pump/heater be kept in a warm place while the hot tub fills with water and is then connected once the hot tub is full.

You are agreeing that if required you will take the extra steps required to allow the hire to go ahead.

Other Terms.

If any term within this contract cannot be agreed to or enforced then 365 Hot Tub Hire will not supply their equipment to you the hirer.

By hiring our Hot Tubs you the hirer agree to release 365 Hot Tub Hire and any of its employees from any and all Liabilities incurred during the hire or use of our Hot Tubs.

On hiring any of our Hot Tubs you the hirer agree to accept our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that the use of the Hot Tub is at you the hirers own risk.

If  365 hot tub hire are called out due to an error made by the hirer then there will be a charge of £25 charged to cover travelling costs and time spent rectifying any problems and also if there is damage been caused that can be repaired on site this will also need to be paid for at the same time.

On Collection/After you’re Hire.

365 Hot Tub Hire will arrive at the agreed time to collect our Hot Tub, unless there is any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this case ever arises we will inform you the hirer.

Before we collect we require the hirer to empty the hot tub this can be done by pulling out the plug in the bottom of the hot tub on the inside.

We advise doing this the night before as it can take several hours to empty.

If the water pumping service is paid for in advance, we will make sure that as much water as possible is pumped down a drain to avoid flooding your garden.

However you the hirer are to be aware that this may not be possible depending on the location of your drain and the location you have chosen for us to place the Hot Tub.

If this be the case you the hirer and 365 Hot Tub Hire will have to agree on a location on your garden for the water to be pumped when the Hot Tub is being emptied by us.

If you pay for the water pumping service and change your mind before we collect, just let us know the night before and a refund can be made on the day of collection once we check that the hot tub has been emptied by yourself.

All equipment supplied must be returned in the same condition as 365 Hot Tub Hire left them, this includes, user guides/instructions, hoses, tap attachments  and Gazebos (where supplied) and all Gazebo sets, this includes side panels, floor pegs and leg weights (if all these are supplied).

The Terms and Conditions set out are subject to change at any time without notice.
